Lobby staff friendliness could improve!!! No fridge in the room, which is a real inconvenience!!! Drinkable water wasn't provided automatically, requiring a wait for delivery!!!

Some parts impressed, others didn’t

I loved the modern clean rooms and the tasty food with good selection. The cocktail service at the snack bar was a delightful surprise.

I faced an unpleasant mold smell in the restaurant and experienced noise from planes overhead, which made it hard to relax.

I was in town for a family visit and stayed for one night in a Junior Suite. The room was modern and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great selection and was served promptly in the morning. It was nice to have a hot shower after a long day. However, I did have some issues with a musty smell in the restaurant area, which could have been improved.

unpleasant experience

The lobby staff were really nice, but they truly woudl ve been better off smiling, if they even knew how. Waiting for drinking water was absurd, like I'm in a third-world country. Plus, not even a simple welcome gift? I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t due to these overwhelminly terrible experiences.

My recent stay at Agualcas was a delightful experience! The Junior Suite I stayed in was not only modern but also impeccably clean, which made for a super comfy getaway. Breakfast was fantastic — with an egg station for custom orders — and I loved lounging by the pool in the evenings. Plus, the convenience of being just a quick trip from the airport was a major bonus!
